- WRITTEN CONTRACTS FOR WORK WORTH $800 OR MORE
- TIMELY AND FULL PAYMENT FOR COMPLETED WORK
- PROTECTION FROM RETALIATION FOR ENFORCING RIGHTS UNDER THE ACT
In addition, the law establishes penalties for violations of these rights, including statutory damages, double damages, injunctive relief, and attorney’s fees.
